We tailor our services to the needs of our clients, whether we work directly with a CFO, VP Tax or partner with a Human Resource Representative. We offer both contingent and retained search.

Not only do we provide top quality tax candidates that have all been personally interviewed and referenced, we provide full service recruiting. When desired, this may include suggestions on formulation of position and department, salary and compensation package recommendations, job descriptions, etc. This is especially helpful for new clients just starting tax departments and/or HR reps who don't specialize in tax recruitment.
